it could be nice if you worked on a large scale, but great concept for the piece of artwork

Yup, a larger version of this would've been much better. You should think about making it larger. Nice work though

This is a very powerful piece. I really enjoy the fact that you can see and are showing how powerful both forms of abuse can be. other than the msg it is also a very nice looking picture, well done.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I would of loved to of done this much larger but I had some problems with the picture. And enlarging now will just make it lose quality. Which really sucks :].

Looks like it started out as a webcam shot --and agreed, enlarging from something that small is awful, they pixelate and blur. Geck. Powerful piece, though.

I like the use of the blood as having the only real color.. and affecting everything on the image... like the abuse has in real life as well, affecting everything. The obscurity of the face in the background works really well.. including the arm up in front like you are trying to protect yourself. probalby reading too much into it but i like this none the less the use of the designs on the bottom and left sides works really well in my opinion. maybe, for a suggestion.. put one more in the upper right corner to fill that empty space and make it framed in a little more.
